Panel → Mój profil zawiera wszystko o tobie jako kierowcy, niezależnie od VTC. Twój profil publiczny znajduje się pod adresem /drivers/<twoje ID Discord>.

Strona Członkowie zawiera listę Twoich kierowców z wyszukiwarką i filtrami (rola, ranga, stopień). Każdy może ją przeglądać; działania wymagają uprawnienia „Zarządzaj członkami”.

• Dodaj członka po ID Discord, jako Kierowcę lub Menedżera. Zostaje mu nadana rola domyślna. Dodanie się nie powiedzie, jeśli VTC jest pełna lub osoba jest już w 2 VTC.
• Mianowanie kogoś Menedżerem daje wszystkie prawa: zostaw to dla zaufanych osób.
• Przypisz do 5 ról na członka.
• Usuń członka, z opcjonalnym powodem.
• Sprawdź, której wersji aplikacji używa każdy kierowca.

Każdy członek może przeglądać te strony.

Zakładka Wydarzenia (łącznie z przeglądaniem) odblokowuje się przy 2 boostach. Tworzenie i edycja wymagają uprawnienia „Zarządzaj wydarzeniami”.

• Tytuł, opis w Markdown, kategoria (konwój, spotkanie, szkolenie, wyścig, oficjalne, inne), gra, serwer, język, baner, kolor.
• Start i cel, do 20 punktów pośrednich, planowane km, DLC mapy, godziny zbiórki i wyjazdu.
• Zasady, kanał głosowy, wymagane malowanie, maksymalna liczba uczestników (0 = bez limitu), do 200 miejsc w konwoju (domyślnie 20).
• Importuj z TruckersMP: wklej link lub ID wydarzenia TruckersMP, aby wstępnie wypełnić formularz.
• „Widoczne na stronie publicznej” pokazuje je na /vtcs/your-vtc i /events; w przeciwnym razie widzą je tylko członkowie.

Po utworzeniu: wiadomość na Discordzie na kanale „events” i powiadomienie push dla członków. Przycisk Powiadom ponownie wysyła je jeszcze raz. Kierowcy zapisują się („Biorę udział” lub „Może”) na stronie lub w aplikacji; aplikacja przypomina im 30 min i 10 min przed wyjazdem oraz w chwili wyjazdu. Każde wydarzenie publiczne można też pobrać jako plik kalendarza (.ics).

Dwie ekonomie działają równolegle:

Nie myl jej ze stroną publiczną /vtcs/your-vtc (zawsze dostępną): strona VTC to osobna, pełna witryna, publikowana pod adresem /vtcs/your-vtc/site. Wymaga 5 boostów i uprawnienia Ustawienia, a następnie włączenia przełącznika „Opublikuj stronę”.

• Wygląd: 6 motywów (Horizon, Ocean, Las, Neonowy fiolet, Karmazyn, Czyste złoto), 6 czcionek, rogi, odstępy, wysokość hero, tło, styl przycisków, kolor akcentu.
• 18 modułów do uporządkowania: hero, o nas, statystyki, członkowie, ranking, flota, galeria, wideo, FAQ, wezwanie do działania, rekrutacja, wydarzenia, ogłoszenia, partnerzy, wsparcie, kontakt, media społecznościowe, dowolny tekst.
• Dla każdej sekcji: tło, obraz tła, wyrównanie i kolumny.
• Otrzymane wiadomości: 50 ostatnich wiadomości z modułu Kontakt, wysyłanych też na kanał Discord „contact”.

Zwykłą stronę publiczną dostosowujesz w Ustawieniach (motyw strony i baner od 2 boostów).

Uprawnienie „Zarządzaj ustawieniami”, chyba że zaznaczono inaczej.

Strona Ekosystem VTC, bez boostów, dostępna dla staffu (dowolne uprawnienie):

• Horizon Network: utwórz publiczną lub prywatną sieć VTC albo dołącz do istniejącej za pomocą kodu.
• Operacje konwojowe z punktami kontrolnymi i statusem.
• Wyzwania VTC kontra VTC, kooperacyjne lub bezpośrednie.
• Wspólne kontrakty między VTC.
• Zweryfikowane umiejętności: certyfikaty i wyróżnienia kierowców.
• Synchronizacja wydarzeń między platformami (Discord dostępny, pozostałe w przygotowaniu).
• Aplikacja OAuth „Horizon Connect” (sekret jest pokazywany tylko raz) i webhooki (HTTPS, tylko na adresy publiczne). Zobacz Deweloperzy.
• Marketplace: każdy członek może dodać ogłoszenie, wyświetlane na /ecosystem/marketplace.

Dwie strony decydują o tym, co bot publikuje dla Twojej VTC (uprawnienie Ustawienia):

Dla każdego typu wiadomości (ogłoszenie, wydarzenie, otrzymane zgłoszenie, zgłoszenie zaakceptowane, odrzucone, awans, degradacja, kontakt ze strony): włączenie lub wyłączenie, kolor, tytuł, tekst ze zmiennymi, do 10 ról do wspomnienia, „Wspomnij osobę, której dotyczy” oraz przycisk Wyślij test. Bez dedykowanego kanału bot używa kanału domyślnego, a potem kanału ogłoszeń.

Konfiguracja bota → wybierz serwer. Te ustawienia dotyczą serwera Discord, a nie VTC, i nie wymagają żadnego boosta.

Twoja VTC → Zgłoszenia (system ticketów, uprawnienie „Zarządzaj ticketami”, bez boostów). Utwórz tyle paneli, ile chcesz (wsparcie, rekrutacja, partnerstwa…).

• Dla każdego panelu: nazwa, kolor, kanał panelu, kategoria ticketów, rola wsparcia, format nazwy (ticket-{user}), tytuł i tekst panelu, tekst, emoji i styl przycisku, wiadomość powitalna, etykieta zamknięcia, wspomnienie roli wsparcia.
• Wdróż publikuje panel na Discordzie (bot musi być online).
• Każdy członek może mieć jeden otwarty ticket na panel. Prywatny kanał widzą: członek, rola wsparcia i bot.
• Każdy, kto jest w tickecie, może go zamknąć; kanał jest wtedy usuwany po kilku sekundach, bez zapisu rozmowy.

Przetłumaczone komendy (/vtc, /truckersmp, /aide, serwer i moderacja) odpowiadają w języku ustawionym dla serwera komendą /langue, a w przeciwnym razie w języku Discorda każdego członka (francuski, angielski, niemiecki, turecki, hiszpański, włoski, polski, niderlandzki). Pozostałe odpowiadają po francusku. Skrócona lista jest też na /commands.

Katalog zawiera listę publicznych VTC (VTC ukryte i z czarnej listy nie są pokazywane). Szukaj po nazwie, tagu lub opisie; filtruj według gry i „Rekrutuje”; sortuj według liczby członków, kilometrów, wieku, nazwy lub oceny; 24 VTC na stronę. VTC z 10 boostami (lub z Premium przyznanym przez zespół) są wyróżnione na górze.

Mapa na żywo pokazuje kierowców, których aplikacja wysłała pozycję w ciągu ostatniej minuty (maksymalnie 500). Odświeża się co 4 sekundy.

• Przełącznik ETS2 / ATS, wyszukiwarka (kierowca, VTC, miasto, serwer), filtr „Wszyscy” lub „W dostawie”, sortowanie (aktywność, serwer, VTC, nazwa, prędkość).
• Zakres Wszyscy członkowie lub Członkowie VTC (po zalogowaniu, dla członków VTC).
• Etykiety serwerów: Wszystkie, TruckersMP, Solo, Nie wykryto, a dalej każdy oficjalny serwer TruckersMP z liczbą graczy Horizon Dispatch i TruckersMP.
• Warstwa miast i promów, przyciski „Pokaż wszystkich” i „Wyśrodkuj na mnie”.
• Karta kierowcy: gra, VTC, tag i ranga, serwer TruckersMP lub solo, miasta i firmy, ładunek, ciężarówka, naczepa, prędkość i postęp.

Przydatne adresy

• /map?scope=vtc: tylko Twoja VTC.
• /map?server=tmp, solo, unknown lub ID serwera TruckersMP.
• /map?game=ats: otwiera mapę ATS.
• /map?embed=1: bez paska bocznego, do osadzenia na stronie (zobacz też widżet Mini mapa na żywo).

• /drivers/<ID Discord>: miejsce w rankingu (km wśród publicznych VTC), poziom, odznaki i osiągnięcia wraz z ich rzadkością, wyzwanie i liga, VTC główna i ciągnąca, 10 ostatnich dostaw. Personalizacja (kolor, baner, bio, media społecznościowe) jest widoczna u aktywnych wspierających. Główna VTC musi być publiczna.
• /passport/<ID Discord>: paszport Horizon Dispatch (zatwierdzone dostawy, VTC, publiczne certyfikaty umiejętności).
• Każdy profil, VTC i ranking ma obraz podglądu przy udostępnianiu na Discordzie i w mediach społecznościowych.

• Strona jest dostępna po francusku, angielsku, niemiecku, turecku, hiszpańsku, włosku, polsku i niderlandzku. Język zależy od Twojego wyboru (menu języka, zapamiętywany przez 6 miesięcy), a w przeciwnym razie od języka Discorda lub przeglądarki.
• Powiadomienia push: zezwól na nie w przeglądarce, aby dowiadywać się o zgłoszeniach (menedżerowie), nowych konwojach i ogłoszeniach Twoich VTC. Stronę można też zainstalować jako aplikację (PWA).
• Sesja pozostaje otwarta przez 7 dni. Wylogujesz się w menu konta.

Show your VTC's activity on your own website, forum or Carrd page, with no server code. Widgets update on their own and use your VTC's colour. The ready-to-copy codes are in Dashboard → your VTC → Integrations ("Settings" permission).

Every public VTC exposes its statistics as JSON, with no key and no sign-up: ideal for a home-made Discord bot, a website or a dashboard. Responses are read-only, open to other sites (CORS) and cached for a few dozen seconds.

• GET /api/vtc returns the list of available endpoints.
• Limit: 120 requests per minute per IP address.
• Deliveries blocked by the anti-cheat are never counted.
• The Settings → API → Allow API access setting (free, Settings permission) turns the API (and the widgets) off; "Expose the member list" only hides /members. Income follows the privacy setting of the Tracker tab.

A certified VTC can show its official badge on its website, Discord or TruckersMP page. The badge points to a public verification page: it cannot be copied to pass as a certified VTC.

• Image: /badges/vtc/my-vtc.svg (or .png for Discord and forums).
• Options: ?theme=light, ?lang=en, ?style=flat (compact shields.io-style pill).
• Verification page: /verify/my-vtc shows the current level (Verified, Certified or Partner), since when, and the check date.
• If the certification is withdrawn, the badge and the verification page update immediately.

Coming from Trucky, VTLog, TruckersHub or a TruckersMP VTC? Import your members and their statistics (kilometres, deliveries, income) for free from Dashboard → your VTC → Import ("Members" permission). Public overview: /migration.

1. Pick the source and run the preview: each driver is matched to a Discord account when possible (Discord ID, connected Steam or TruckersMP). Nothing is written yet.
2. Check the list, then confirm. You can choose to add recognised drivers as members right away, within your VTC's seat limit.
3. Recognised members get their history immediately. The others stay pending: they get their history as soon as they join your VTC or connect their Steam. You can also match or dismiss them by hand.

• Columns recognised in a file: name, discord_id, steam_id, truckersmp_id, km (or miles, converted), jobs, revenue, role, joined_at, plus French names and common variants.
• Up to 500 rows per import.
• Importing twice doubles nothing: the largest imported value is kept for each driver.
• Imported statistics count in the totals and "all time" rankings, not in monthly rankings or Seasons.

Invite another VTC to Horizon Dispatch with your /r/<code> link, shown in Dashboard → Referral. When the referred VTC becomes active, both VTCs get free boosts.

The /rankings page ranks every public VTC. Pick a category, a period and an area (world, a region such as Europe, or a country, based on the country set in the VTC's settings).

• Deliveries blocked by the anti-cheat, private VTCs and blacklisted VTCs are excluded.
• Every row has a share link with a preview image (rank and VTC) for Discord and social networks.
• The dashboard (Integrations) shows your VTC's position in each ranking.

Each calendar month is a season, with a theme that changes one rule. Season 1 starts on 1 November 2026; until then, the /seasons page shows a trial pre-season with no rewards. Every public VTC takes part automatically.

• 🇪🇺 Europe Challenge: km on Euro Truck Simulator 2 are worth 50% more.
• 🇺🇸 American Dream: km on American Truck Simulator are worth 50% more.
• 🚛 Convoy Masters: events and participants count double.
• 🛣️ Long Haul: +10 points per delivery over 1,000 km.
• 🤝 Team Spirit: each active driver is worth 40 points.

End-of-season rewards

The /compare pages compare Horizon Dispatch with Trucky, VTLog and TruckersHub, feature by feature, with the date the information was checked. They point to the free migration.

Horizon Shield protects the rankings, Seasons and statistics. The principle: the app collects, the server decides. While you drive, the app sends signed telemetry (position, speed, odometer, game time); on arrival, the server replays the trip, compares it with the reported delivery and decides. Official kilometres are only credited after this validation.

Normal play goes through without trouble: ferries, trains, garages, loading screens, TruckersMP and mods are not cheating. The same security applies to everyone, with or without Premium.

The team can suspend a user or a VTC when a safety or moderation measure is needed. The reason and duration are always shown to the person concerned; the identity of the team member who applied the measure never is.

1. Download the installer from /software and run it: you choose the folder, it installs for your Windows account and creates a desktop shortcut.
2. Open the app and sign in with Discord.
3. The app finds ETS2 and ATS (Steam, Steam libraries, Epic Games, GOG or another folder) and installs the telemetry plugin on its own.
4. Start the game: the app shows "game connected".

A delivery is sent when the game reports it finished and paid. Cancelled deliveries are ignored. Recorded: game, cargo, origin and destination cities and companies, truck, km driven and planned, detour, income, cargo damage, market (standard or World of Trucks), top speed, speeding and the route trace.

The overlay shows on top of the game when it is connected and in the foreground. It does not capture the mouse. Everything is set in the app's Overlay tab; "Preview" shows a demo trip without starting the game.

• Placement: 6 preset positions, screen choice, or free move with "Move the overlay" or Ctrl+Alt+O. "Reset" goes back to the default corner.
• Mode: standard or tachograph; card or bar layout; size (75 to 150%) and opacity.
• Fuel shown as a percentage or as range (km).
• Themes: sunset and glass are free; midnight, emerald, crimson and mono from 4 boosts.

Tachograph mode replaces the standard overlay with a truck-style digital tachograph, for roleplay.

• "Game paused = rest" (on by default) and sounds for warning, overrun and validated break.
• Display: full, compact or minimal format, width, screen colour (green, cyan, amber, white or custom), text size, and which lines are shown (driving, break, time left, session km, daily driving, status, header).
• "Reset session" button.
• The tachograph with its default settings is available to everyone. Changing the format, width, colour, text size, rules or skin needs 6 boosts.

The overlay warns you when you go over a chosen speed, regardless of the game's limits. On by default at 97 km/h, adjustable from 50 to 160 km/h.

• Visual: the speed blinks yellow.
• Sound: a beep, repeated at most every 4 seconds while you stay above (can be turned on separately).
• Also works in tachograph mode.

• Every 30 seconds, the app detects whether you play on TruckersMP or solo, and on which server. If detection fails, fill in the "TruckersMP server" field.
• The server shows on the live map (server chips) and on your driver card.
• TruckersMP widget (beta): "server" mode (players and queue on the detected server) or "nearby" mode (players within an adjustable radius, 1 km by default, through Trucky's traffic API).

For VTC members only.

The app shows your activity in your Discord status. The VTC customises that status in your VTC → RPC ("Manage RPC" permission, 6 boosts): Discord application ID (required), two text lines, large and small image with their text, timer and up to 2 buttons (otherwise "My profile" and "My VTC").

• Custom lines apply during a delivery. Off job, the status shows the activity and the truck.
• Variables: {vtc}, {driver}, {truck}, {trailer}, {cargo}, {route}, {cityFrom}, {cityTo}, {distance}, {income}, {speed}, {speedText}, {game}, {activity}.
• The status updates every 3 seconds. Discord must be open on the same PC.

Mobile dashboard tab: scan the QR code with your phone, connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the PC. No app to install.

• Info: speed, limit, cruise control, speeding, cargo, route and progress, fuel, damage, ETA, income, top speed, range, trailer. Updated in real time.
• Map: your truck turned to its heading, follow mode, an orange trail of the path actually driven, a 🏁 flag on the destination and the other Horizon Dispatch drivers on the same game.
• The address changes each time the app starts; "New QR" makes a new one right away.

The app checks for updates 15 seconds after start-up and then every 6 hours. When a version is available, a window offers Update now or Later; if you are playing, it waits until you leave the game. The update installs and the app restarts. Then restart the game to load the updated plugin.
