Dashboard → Mijn profiel bevat alles over jou als chauffeur, ongeacht je VTC. Je openbare profiel staat op /drivers/<your Discord ID>.

De pagina Leden toont je chauffeurs, met zoeken en filters (rol, rang, niveau). Iedereen kan hem lezen; voor acties heb je het recht "Leden beheren" nodig.

• Voeg een lid toe via Discord-ID, als Chauffeur of Manager. De standaardrol wordt toegekend. Toevoegen mislukt als de VTC vol is of de persoon al in 2 VTC's zit.
• Iemand Manager maken geeft alle rechten: bewaar dat voor mensen die je vertrouwt.
• Ken maximaal 5 rollen per lid toe.
• Verwijder een lid, met een optionele reden.
• Bekijk welke app-versie elke chauffeur gebruikt.

Het tabblad Evenementen (ook alleen bekijken) wordt ontgrendeld bij 2 boosts. Voor aanmaken of bewerken heb je het recht "Evenementen beheren" nodig.

• Titel, beschrijving in Markdown, categorie (konvooi, bijeenkomst, training, race, officieel, overig), game, server, taal, banner, kleur.
• Vertrek en aankomst, maximaal 20 tussenstops, geplande km, kaart-DLC, verzameltijd en vertrektijd.
• Regels, spraakkanaal, verplichte livery, maximumaantal deelnemers (0 = onbeperkt), maximaal 200 konvooiposities (standaard 20).
• Importeren uit TruckersMP: plak een link of ID van een TruckersMP-evenement om het formulier vooraf in te vullen.
• "Zichtbaar op de openbare pagina" toont het op /vtcs/your-vtc en /events; anders blijft het alleen voor leden.

Bij het aanmaken: een Discord-bericht in het kanaal "evenementen" en een pushmelding naar de leden. De knop Opnieuw melden verstuurt ze opnieuw. Chauffeurs schrijven zich in ("Ik doe mee" of "Misschien") via de website of de app; de app herinnert ze 30 min en 10 min van tevoren en op het vertrekmoment. Elk openbaar evenement kan ook als agendabestand (.ics) worden gedownload.

Twee economieën draaien naast elkaar:

Niet te verwarren met de openbare pagina /vtcs/your-vtc (altijd beschikbaar): de website is een aparte, volledige site, gepubliceerd op /vtcs/your-vtc/site. Daarvoor heb je 5 boosts en het recht Instellingen nodig, en daarna de schakelaar "Site publiceren".

• Uiterlijk: 6 thema's (Horizon, Oceaan, Bos, Neonviolet, Karmozijn, Puur goud), 6 lettertypen, hoeken, ruimte, hero-hoogte, achtergrond, knopstijl, accentkleur.
• 18 modules om te ordenen: hero, over ons, statistieken, leden, klassement, wagenpark, galerij, video, FAQ, oproep tot actie, werving, evenementen, aankondigingen, partners, steun, contact, socials, vrije tekst.
• Per sectie: achtergrond, achtergrondafbeelding, uitlijning en kolommen.
• Ontvangen berichten: de laatste 50 berichten uit de Contact-module, ook verstuurd naar het Discord-kanaal "contact".

De gewone openbare pagina pas je aan in Instellingen (thema en banner van de pagina vanaf 2 boosts).

De pagina Ecosysteem van de VTC, zonder boost, toegankelijk voor staff (elk recht):

• Horizon Network: maak een openbaar of privénetwerk van VTC's aan, of sluit je aan bij een netwerk met een code.
• Konvooioperaties met checkpoints en status.
• Uitdagingen tussen VTC's, samen of tegen elkaar.
• Gedeelde contracten tussen VTC's.
• Geverifieerde vaardigheden: certificeringen en onderscheidingen van chauffeurs.
• Synchronisatie van evenementen tussen platforms (Discord beschikbaar, andere in ontwikkeling).
• OAuth-app "Horizon Connect" (het geheim wordt maar één keer getoond) en webhooks (HTTPS, alleen naar openbare adressen). Zie Ontwikkelaars.

Two pages control what the bot posts for your VTC (Settings permission):

For each message type (announcement, event, application received, application accepted, refused, promotion, demotion, website contact): on or off, colour, title, text with variables, up to 10 roles to mention, "Mention the person concerned" and a Send a test button. Without a dedicated channel, the bot uses the default channel, then the announcements channel.

Bot config → pick a server. These settings apply to the Discord server, not the VTC, and need no boost.

Your VTC → Tickets ("Manage tickets" permission, no boost). Create as many panels as you like (support, recruitment, partnerships…).

• Per panel: name, colour, panel channel, ticket category, support role, name format (ticket-{user}), panel title and text, button text, emoji and style, welcome message, close label, support role mention.
• Deploy posts the panel on Discord (the bot must be online).
• Each member can have one open ticket per panel. The private channel is visible to the member, the support role and the bot.
• Anyone in the ticket can close it; the channel is then deleted after a few seconds, with no transcript.

Translated commands (/vtc, /truckersmp, /aide, server and moderation) answer in the language set for the server with /langue, otherwise in each member's Discord language (French, English, German, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch). The others answer in French. A short list is also on /commands.

The directory lists public VTCs (hidden and blacklisted VTCs are not shown). Search by name, tag or description; filter by game and "recruiting"; sort by members, kilometres, age, name or rating; 24 VTCs per page. VTCs with 10 boosts (or Premium granted by the team) are featured at the top.

The live map shows drivers whose app sent a position within the last minute (500 at most). It refreshes every 4 seconds.

• ETS2 / ATS switch, search (driver, VTC, city, server), "All" or "On a job" filter, sort (activity, server, VTC, name, speed).
• Scope All members or VTC members (signed in and member of a VTC).
• Server chips: All, TruckersMP, Solo, Not detected, then each official TruckersMP server with Horizon Dispatch and TruckersMP player counts.
• Cities and ferries layer, "Show all" and "Center on me" buttons.
• Driver card: game, VTC, tag and grade, TruckersMP server or solo, cities and companies, cargo, truck, trailer, speed and progress.

Useful addresses

• /map?scope=vtc: your VTC only.
• /map?server=tmp, solo, unknown or a TruckersMP server ID.
• /map?game=ats: open on ATS.
• /map?embed=1: without the sidebar, to embed in a site (see also the Mini live map widget).

• /drivers/<Discord ID>: rank (km among public VTCs), level, badges and achievements with their rarity, challenge and league, main and traction VTC, last 10 deliveries. Customisation (colour, banner, bio, socials) shows for active supporters. The main VTC must be public.
• /passport/<Discord ID>: the Horizon Dispatch passport (validated deliveries, VTCs, public skill certifications).
• Every profile, VTC and ranking has a preview image for shares on Discord and social networks.

• The website is available in French, English, German, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Dutch. The language follows your choice (language menu, remembered for 6 months), otherwise your Discord or browser language.
• Push notifications: allow them in your browser to hear about applications (managers), new convoys and your VTCs' announcements. The site can also be installed as an app (PWA).
• The session stays open for 7 days. Sign out from the account menu.

Show your VTC's activity on your own website, forum or Carrd page, with no server code. Widgets update on their own and use your VTC's colour. The ready-to-copy codes are in Dashboard → your VTC → Integrations ("Settings" permission).

Every public VTC exposes its statistics as JSON, with no key and no sign-up: ideal for a home-made Discord bot, a website or a dashboard. Responses are read-only, open to other sites (CORS) and cached for a few dozen seconds.

• GET /api/vtc returns the list of available endpoints.
• Limit: 120 requests per minute per IP address.
• Deliveries blocked by the anti-cheat are never counted.
• The Settings → API → Allow API access setting (free, Settings permission) turns the API (and the widgets) off; "Expose the member list" only hides /members. Income follows the privacy setting of the Tracker tab.

A certified VTC can show its official badge on its website, Discord or TruckersMP page. The badge points to a public verification page: it cannot be copied to pass as a certified VTC.

• Image: /badges/vtc/my-vtc.svg (or .png for Discord and forums).
• Options: ?theme=light, ?lang=en, ?style=flat (compact shields.io-style pill).
• Verification page: /verify/my-vtc shows the current level (Verified, Certified or Partner), since when, and the check date.
• If the certification is withdrawn, the badge and the verification page update immediately.

Coming from Trucky, VTLog, TruckersHub or a TruckersMP VTC? Import your members and their statistics (kilometres, deliveries, income) for free from Dashboard → your VTC → Import ("Members" permission). Public overview: /migration.

1. Pick the source and run the preview: each driver is matched to a Discord account when possible (Discord ID, connected Steam or TruckersMP). Nothing is written yet.
2. Check the list, then confirm. You can choose to add recognised drivers as members right away, within your VTC's seat limit.
3. Recognised members get their history immediately. The others stay pending: they get their history as soon as they join your VTC or connect their Steam. You can also match or dismiss them by hand.

• Columns recognised in a file: name, discord_id, steam_id, truckersmp_id, km (or miles, converted), jobs, revenue, role, joined_at, plus French names and common variants.
• Up to 500 rows per import.
• Importing twice doubles nothing: the largest imported value is kept for each driver.
• Imported statistics count in the totals and "all time" rankings, not in monthly rankings or Seasons.

Invite another VTC to Horizon Dispatch with your /r/<code> link, shown in Dashboard → Referral. When the referred VTC becomes active, both VTCs get free boosts.

The /rankings page ranks every public VTC. Pick a category, a period and an area (world, a region such as Europe, or a country, based on the country set in the VTC's settings).

• Deliveries blocked by the anti-cheat, private VTCs and blacklisted VTCs are excluded.
• Every row has a share link with a preview image (rank and VTC) for Discord and social networks.
• The dashboard (Integrations) shows your VTC's position in each ranking.

Each calendar month is a season, with a theme that changes one rule. Season 1 starts on 1 November 2026; until then, the /seasons page shows a trial pre-season with no rewards. Every public VTC takes part automatically.

• 🇪🇺 Europe Challenge: km on Euro Truck Simulator 2 are worth 50% more.
• 🇺🇸 American Dream: km on American Truck Simulator are worth 50% more.
• 🚛 Convoy Masters: events and participants count double.
• 🛣️ Long Haul: +10 points per delivery over 1,000 km.
• 🤝 Team Spirit: each active driver is worth 40 points.

End-of-season rewards

The /compare pages compare Horizon Dispatch with Trucky, VTLog and TruckersHub, feature by feature, with the date the information was checked. They point to the free migration.

Horizon Shield protects the rankings, Seasons and statistics. The principle: the app collects, the server decides. While you drive, the app sends signed telemetry (position, speed, odometer, game time); on arrival, the server replays the trip, compares it with the reported delivery and decides. Official kilometres are only credited after this validation.

Normal play goes through without trouble: ferries, trains, garages, loading screens, TruckersMP and mods are not cheating. The same security applies to everyone, with or without Premium.

The team can suspend a user or a VTC when a safety or moderation measure is needed. The reason and duration are always shown to the person concerned; the identity of the team member who applied the measure never is.

1. Download the installer from /software and run it: you choose the folder, it installs for your Windows account and creates a desktop shortcut.
2. Open the app and sign in with Discord.
3. The app finds ETS2 and ATS (Steam, Steam libraries, Epic Games, GOG or another folder) and installs the telemetry plugin on its own.
4. Start the game: the app shows "game connected".

A delivery is sent when the game reports it finished and paid. Cancelled deliveries are ignored. Recorded: game, cargo, origin and destination cities and companies, truck, km driven and planned, detour, income, cargo damage, market (standard or World of Trucks), top speed, speeding and the route trace.

The overlay shows on top of the game when it is connected and in the foreground. It does not capture the mouse. Everything is set in the app's Overlay tab; "Preview" shows a demo trip without starting the game.

• Placement: 6 preset positions, screen choice, or free move with "Move the overlay" or Ctrl+Alt+O. "Reset" goes back to the default corner.
• Mode: standard or tachograph; card or bar layout; size (75 to 150%) and opacity.
• Fuel shown as a percentage or as range (km).
• Themes: sunset and glass are free; midnight, emerald, crimson and mono from 4 boosts.

Tachograph mode replaces the standard overlay with a truck-style digital tachograph, for roleplay.

• "Game paused = rest" (on by default) and sounds for warning, overrun and validated break.
• Display: full, compact or minimal format, width, screen colour (green, cyan, amber, white or custom), text size, and which lines are shown (driving, break, time left, session km, daily driving, status, header).
• "Reset session" button.
• The tachograph with its default settings is available to everyone. Changing the format, width, colour, text size, rules or skin needs 6 boosts.

The overlay warns you when you go over a chosen speed, regardless of the game's limits. On by default at 97 km/h, adjustable from 50 to 160 km/h.

• Visual: the speed blinks yellow.
• Sound: a beep, repeated at most every 4 seconds while you stay above (can be turned on separately).
• Also works in tachograph mode.

• Every 30 seconds, the app detects whether you play on TruckersMP or solo, and on which server. If detection fails, fill in the "TruckersMP server" field.
• The server shows on the live map (server chips) and on your driver card.
• TruckersMP widget (beta): "server" mode (players and queue on the detected server) or "nearby" mode (players within an adjustable radius, 1 km by default, through Trucky's traffic API).

For VTC members only.

The app shows your activity in your Discord status. The VTC customises that status in your VTC → RPC ("Manage RPC" permission, 6 boosts): Discord application ID (required), two text lines, large and small image with their text, timer and up to 2 buttons (otherwise "My profile" and "My VTC").

• Custom lines apply during a delivery. Off job, the status shows the activity and the truck.
• Variables: {vtc}, {driver}, {truck}, {trailer}, {cargo}, {route}, {cityFrom}, {cityTo}, {distance}, {income}, {speed}, {speedText}, {game}, {activity}.
• The status updates every 3 seconds. Discord must be open on the same PC.

Mobile dashboard tab: scan the QR code with your phone, connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the PC. No app to install.

• Info: speed, limit, cruise control, speeding, cargo, route and progress, fuel, damage, ETA, income, top speed, range, trailer. Updated in real time.
• Map: your truck turned to its heading, follow mode, an orange trail of the path actually driven, a 🏁 flag on the destination and the other Horizon Dispatch drivers on the same game.
• The address changes each time the app starts; "New QR" makes a new one right away.

The app checks for updates 15 seconds after start-up and then every 6 hours. When a version is available, a window offers Update now or Later; if you are playing, it waits until you leave the game. The update installs and the app restarts. Then restart the game to load the updated plugin.
