Erstelle und führe deine VTC, richte den Discord-Bot ein, installiere den Tracker, verstehe die Zertifizierung, den Anti-Cheat und die Wachstumswerkzeuge: ganz Horizon Dispatch, Schritt für Schritt erklärt.

Horizon Dispatch vereint drei Werkzeuge rund um deine VTC (virtuelle Spedition) in Euro Truck Simulator 2 und American Truck Simulator: die Website mit ihrem Dashboard zum Verwalten der VTC, den Discord-Bot für deinen Server und die Desktop-App, die deine Lieferungen während der Fahrt aufzeichnet. Alles läuft über dein Discord-Konto: Du musst kein Passwort anlegen.
/vtcs/deine-vtc ist sofort online.Du kannst die VTC auch auf Discord mit /vtc register auf deinem Server erstellen: Sie wird dann automatisch mit diesem Server verknüpft.
/driver join auf dem Server der VTC, wenn die Rekrutierung offen ist.Ein Fahrer kann Mitglied in höchstens 2 VTCs sein: einer Haupt-VTC und einer „Zug-VTC“ (siehe Dein Konto).

Öffne die Bot-Konfiguration (oder deine VTC → Discord → Bot einladen) und füge Horizon Dispatch zu deinem Server hinzu. Trage dann die Server-ID in deiner VTC ein, um Lieferungen, Ankündigungen und Bewerbungen zu erhalten. Alles wird unter Discord-Bot erklärt.
Dashboard → Mein Profil enthält alles, was dich als Fahrer betrifft, unabhängig von deiner VTC. Dein öffentliches Profil findest du unter /drivers/<deine Discord-ID>.
Jede Lieferung bringt Erfahrung: 1 XP pro km, 100 XP pro Lieferung und 500 XP pro Erfolgspunkt. Das nächste Level erfordert 4.000 XP, danach 2.000 XP mehr pro Level.
Titel: 🔰 Lehrling (Lvl 1), 🚚 Fahrer (5), 🛣️ Trucker (10), 📦 Erfahrener Trucker (18), 🚛 Fernfahrer (28), 🎖️ Veteran (40), 👑 Meister der Straße (55), 🌟 Legende (75). Freigeschaltete Abzeichen und Erfolge erscheinen auf deinem Profil, zusammen mit dem nächsten Erfolg, den du anpeilen kannst.
/link truckersmp auf Discord eine einfache (nicht verifizierte) Verknüpfung; eine über Steam verifizierte Verknüpfung hat immer Vorrang.Du kannst Steam in deinem öffentlichen Profil ausblenden oder die Verknüpfung jederzeit trennen. Wenn du Steam verbindest, wird dir außerdem der Verlauf zugeordnet, den deine VTC bei einer Migration importiert hat.
Wenn du zu zwei VTCs gehörst, wählst du unter Mein Profil, welche deine Haupt-VTC ist: Sie erhält 100 % deiner Lieferungen. Die zweite, die Zug-VTC, erhält zusätzlich eine Kopie jeder Lieferung zu 75 % (km, Einnahmen).
Jede Lieferung zahlt einen Teil ihrer Einnahmen in deine Geldbörse bei deiner Haupt-VTC ein (standardmäßig 30 %, von der VTC festgelegt). Mein Profil zeigt deinen Kontostand, deinen Prozentsatz und deine letzten 6 Transaktionen. Prämien und Auszahlungen verwaltet das Team der VTC.
Klicke auf Meinen Overlay-Link erzeugen, um eine Adresse /overlay/<token> zu erhalten, die du in OBS als „Browserquelle“ hinzufügst. Sie zeigt deine VTC, dein Level, die Fahrt, die Fracht, die Geschwindigkeit und den Fortschritt an und wird alle 3 Sekunden aktualisiert, solange die App läuft.
?theme=light und ?accent=ff8800.Schaltfläche VTC verlassen im Banner der VTC (Grund optional). Der Gründer kann nicht austreten: Er muss zuerst das Eigentum übertragen (Einstellungen → Gefahrenzone). Nach dem Austritt musst du 12 Stunden warten, bevor du eine VTC erstellen oder einer beitreten kannst.
Das Dashboard ist dein Verwaltungsbereich, verfügbar nach der Anmeldung mit Discord. Die Seitenleiste hat zwei Ebenen: deinen Bereich (für alle) und, sobald du eine VTC öffnest, das Menü der VTC.

Die 13 Berechtigungen: Mitglieder, Rollen, Rekrutierung, Events, Ankündigungen, Galerie, Partnerschaften, Flotte, Tickets, Einstellungen und RPC verwalten, Statistiken bearbeiten, Aktivitätsprotokoll ansehen. Eine Rolle, die die Einstellungen verwalten darf, kann auch Partnerschaften und Flotte verwalten, sofern nicht anders festgelegt.
/vtcs/deine-vtc/widget (siehe auch die Widgets).Die Seite Mitglieder listet deine Fahrer mit Suche und Filtern (Rolle, Rang, Stufe). Jeder kann sie lesen; Aktionen erfordern die Berechtigung „Mitglieder verwalten“.
Bewerbungen, die über deine öffentliche Seite gesendet werden, landen unter Bewerbungen (Berechtigung „Rekrutierung verwalten“), mit einem Badge im Menü und einer Push-Benachrichtigung an die Manager.
Das Bewerbungsformular fragt nach: Erfahrung, Verfügbarkeit, Motivation (Pflicht), bevorzugtem Spiel, Zeitzone, vorheriger VTC, TruckersMP-Profil und Konvoi-Erfahrung.
Drei getrennte Systeme, die zusammenarbeiten:

Berechtigung „Rollen verwalten“. Jede Rolle hat einen Namen (40 Zeichen), eine Farbe und eine Auswahl aus den 13 Berechtigungen. Ziehe die Rollen, um sie zu ordnen. Die Standardrolle (die neue Mitglieder erhalten) kann nicht gelöscht werden. Die Anzahl der Rollen hängt von den Boosts ab (5 bis 30, siehe Premium & Boosts).
Jeder Rang hat einen Namen, die erforderlichen km, eine Farbe und optional eine Discord-Rolle. Nur gelieferte km zählen. Nach jeder Lieferung (oder mit Neu synchronisieren) erhält der Fahrer die Discord-Rolle seines Rangs, alte Rollen werden entfernt und eine Nachricht geht in den Kanal „rank“. Der Bot muss auf dem Server der VTC sein.
Jedes Mitglied kann diese Seiten lesen.
Die letzten 120 Lieferungen mit eingehaltener oder geänderter Route, Schaden, Höchstgeschwindigkeit, Geschwindigkeitsverstößen und Parken. Vom Anti-Cheat zurückgestellte Lieferungen bleiben sichtbar, markiert mit „🚫 In Prüfung“, „⚠️ Fahrer verwarnt“ oder „Betrug bestätigt“ und dem Hinweis „Nicht in den Statistiken gezählt“.
Duplikate bereinigen („Statistiken bearbeiten“) entfernt identische Lieferungen, die im Abstand von weniger als 6 Stunden erfasst wurden.
Das Live-Kontrollzentrum: Fahrer online, im Auftrag und offline, heutige km und Lieferungen, heutige Einnahmen, Live-Karte und Aktivitäts-Feed. Ein Fahrer ist „online“, wenn sich seine App vor weniger als 60 Sekunden gemeldet hat; die Seite aktualisiert sich alle 5 Sekunden.
Berechtigung „Aktivitätsprotokoll ansehen“. Zeigt die letzten 100 Aktionen der VTC: Ein- und Austritte, Rollenänderungen, Events, Einstellungen, Empfehlungen… Es gibt keinen Export.
Der Tab Events (auch das Ansehen) wird mit 2 Boosts freigeschaltet. Erstellen oder Bearbeiten erfordert die Berechtigung „Events verwalten“.
/vtcs/deine-vtc und /events; sonst bleibt es den Mitgliedern vorbehalten.Beim Erstellen: eine Discord-Nachricht im Kanal „events“ und eine Push-Benachrichtigung an die Mitglieder. Die Schaltfläche Erneut benachrichtigen sendet beides noch einmal. Die Fahrer melden sich über die Website oder die App an („Ich bin dabei“ oder „Vielleicht“); die App erinnert sie 30 Min. und 10 Min. vorher sowie zur Abfahrtszeit. Jedes öffentliche Event lässt sich außerdem als Kalenderdatei (.ics) herunterladen.
Titel (140 Zeichen), Markdown-Inhalt (6.000), Titelbild, angeheftet, veröffentlicht oder Entwurf, auf der öffentlichen Seite sichtbar. Eine veröffentlichte Ankündigung geht an Discord, als Push-Benachrichtigung und in die Glocke der App. „Erneut benachrichtigen“ funktioniert nur bei einer veröffentlichten Ankündigung. Mitglieder ohne Staff-Status sehen nur veröffentlichte Ankündigungen.
Kein Boost nötig. Berechtigung „Galerie verwalten“ zum Posten: Titel, Beschreibung, bis zu 10 Fotos (PNG, JPG, WEBP oder GIF, je 6 MB), öffentliches oder privates Album. Das Album wird im Galerie-Kanal gepostet (Textkanal oder Forum); Schaltfläche „Erneut posten“.
Berechtigung „Partnerschaften verwalten“. Das Senden einer Anfrage erfordert 4 Boosts und richtet sich an eine öffentliche VTC (über ihre Kennung). Annehmen, Ablehnen oder Entfernen einer Partnerschaft geht ohne Boosts. Angenommene Partnerschaften erscheinen auf den öffentlichen Seiten und in der App.
Zwei Wirtschaftssysteme laufen parallel:

Für alle lesbar; Aktionen erfordern „Flotte verwalten“. Bis zu 50 Lkw und 50 Anhänger werden angezeigt.
Katalog mit neuen Lkw und Anhängern für ETS2 und ATS (einschließlich generischer, mod-kompatibler Modelle) und ein Gebrauchtmarkt mit 6 Angeboten, die täglich erneuert werden. Der Kauf schlägt fehl, wenn das Credit-Guthaben zu niedrig ist.
Bis zu 6 Mechaniker, jeder mit einem Tempo von 1 bis 5 und einer Spezialität (Universal, allgemein, Motor, Getriebe, Reifen, Fahrgestell, Bremsen). Ein Mechaniker mit passender Spezialität senkt die Kosten um 15 %, plus 3 % pro Stufe, bis maximal 50 %. Arbeiten halten den Lkw von der Straße fern (allgemein 30 Min., Motor 2 Std., Reifen 1 Std., Austausch 3 Std., verkürzt durch das Tempo des Mechanikers). Ohne Mechaniker sind Arbeiten sofort erledigt.
Jeder Mechaniker wird jede Woche bezahlt, aus den Fuhrpark-Credits (von 1.200 CH pro Woche bei Tempo 1 bis 4.800 CH bei Tempo 5, +35 % für einen Universal-Mechaniker). Reichen die Credits nicht, kündigt er, und das Protokoll der VTC vermerkt es.
Nicht zu verwechseln mit der öffentlichen Seite /vtcs/deine-vtc (immer verfügbar): Die Webseite ist eine eigene, vollständige Website, veröffentlicht unter /vtcs/deine-vtc/site. Sie erfordert 5 Boosts und die Berechtigung Einstellungen, dann den Schalter „Seite veröffentlichen“.
Die normale öffentliche Seite wird in den Einstellungen angepasst (Thema und Banner der Seite ab 2 Boosts).

Für jeden Nachrichtentyp (Ankündigung, Event, Bewerbung erhalten, Bewerbung angenommen, abgelehnt, Beförderung, Degradierung, Kontakt über die Website): an oder aus, Farbe, Titel, Text mit Variablen, bis zu 10 zu erwähnende Rollen, „Die betroffene Person erwähnen“ und eine Schaltfläche Test senden. Ohne eigenen Kanal nutzt der Bot den Standardkanal, danach den Ankündigungen-Kanal.
Bot-Konfiguration → wähle einen Server. Diese Einstellungen gelten für den Discord-Server, nicht für die VTC, und benötigen keinen Boost.

Deine VTC → Tickets (Berechtigung „Tickets verwalten“, kein Boost). Erstelle so viele Panels, wie du möchtest (Support, Rekrutierung, Partnerschaften…).

The directory lists public VTCs (hidden and blacklisted VTCs are not shown). Search by name, tag or description; filter by game and "recruiting"; sort by members, kilometres, age, name or rating; 24 VTCs per page. VTCs with 10 boosts (or Premium granted by the team) are featured at the top.
/vtcs/your-vtc presents the VTC: certification badge, awards (Seasons, referral), boosts, Apply button, "Official site" link if the website is published.
/vtcs/your-vtc/deliveries/…) with the route map; income only shows if the VTC makes it public.Signed in with Discord, open Apply on the page of a VTC that is recruiting. The application is refused if you are already a member, already in 2 VTCs, left a VTC less than 12 hours ago, or already have a pending application. The VTC is notified on Discord and by push notification.
Any signed-in user can leave a 1 to 5 star review with a comment (1,000 characters), one per VTC (sending it again edits it). The author, the VTC's managers and the team can delete it.
The live map shows drivers whose app sent a position within the last minute (500 at most). It refreshes every 4 seconds.

/challenges: one challenge per week, in rotation: 2,500 km, 15 deliveries, 10 deliveries without damage, €250,000 income, 3 night deliveries (10 pm - 6 am) or 3 trips of at least 800 km. Top 10 and your progress.
/season ranks drivers by their km in the quarter: Rookie, Bronze (500 km), Silver (4,000), Gold (12,000), Diamond (30,000), Legend (75,000). Not to be confused with HDispatch Seasons, the monthly competition between VTCs.
/gallery: community screenshots sorted by date, trend (recent likes) or popularity, filterable by game, driver, VTC or caption, with the photo of the week. Signed in, post an image from your device (drag and drop or Ctrl+V, PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, 8 MB max) or by HTTPS link, with a 200-character caption and 5 posts per hour at most. Each photo has its own shareable page; like, share, edit or delete your images and report others (hidden after 3 reports until moderation).
/drivers/<Discord ID>: rank (km among public VTCs), level, badges and achievements with their rarity, challenge and league, main and traction VTC, last 10 deliveries. Customisation (colour, banner, bio, socials) shows for active supporters. The main VTC must be public./passport/<Discord ID>: the Horizon Dispatch passport (validated deliveries, VTCs, public skill certifications).Show your VTC's activity on your own website, forum or Carrd page, with no server code. Widgets update on their own and use your VTC's colour. The ready-to-copy codes are in Dashboard → your VTC → Integrations ("Settings" permission).

The /rankings page ranks every public VTC. Pick a category, a period and an area (world, a region such as Europe, or a country, based on the country set in the VTC's settings).

Each calendar month is a season, with a theme that changes one rule. Season 1 starts on 1 November 2026; until then, the /seasons page shows a trial pre-season with no rewards. Every public VTC takes part automatically.

The /compare pages compare Horizon Dispatch with Trucky, VTLog and TruckersHub, feature by feature, with the date the information was checked. They point to the free migration.
Three official levels recognise active, serious VTCs. They are earned in order: the criteria are checked automatically, then the Horizon Dispatch team reviews the application and grants the level. The team can also withdraw it.
For every level: public VTC, logo, description of at least 80 characters, linked Discord server with a public invite link, and no active severe warning.

In your VTC → Certification (founder and managers), you see your score, the criteria met and what is missing for the next level.

Horizon Shield protects the rankings, Seasons and statistics. The principle: the app collects, the server decides. While you drive, the app sends signed telemetry (position, speed, odometer, game time); on arrival, the server replays the trip, compares it with the reported delivery and decides. Official kilometres are only credited after this validation.
Normal play goes through without trouble: ferries, trains, garages, loading screens, TruckersMP and mods are not cheating. The same security applies to everyone, with or without Premium.

A delivery that is set aside does not count in statistics, rankings, certification or Seasons. It stays visible in Trips marked "Under review". If the team restores it, it is counted again.
The Horizon Dispatch anti-cheat team works in the Security Center (/dashboard/shield):
VTC managers (permission "View activity log") have a security panel for their drivers and can report a delivery to the team.
Drive normally and start the app before taking a delivery. The Horizon Shield page of your dashboard (/dashboard/shield/me) shows the decision for each delivery, the anomalies found, your trust score and your sanctions. You can appeal a decision there: an analyst replies. The app shows the same information on its dashboard.
The site can reserve rankings, Seasons or challenges for verified deliveries (competitive mode): in that case, only deliveries with the label count for those rankings.
The team can suspend a user or a VTC when a safety or moderation measure is needed. The reason and duration are always shown to the person concerned; the identity of the team member who applied the measure never is.
Access to the dashboard and to VTC page actions (apply, reviews, sign-ups) is blocked. The site's bell shows the reason and duration.
The VTC's dashboard is locked. Its public page shows "VTC blacklisted for: …" with the reason, date and duration. It disappears from the directory, rankings, Seasons, public API, widgets and referral.
The team can send a warning (information, warning or severe) to a VTC or a driver. It shows in the dashboard and in the app. An active severe warning prevents certification.
The Horizon Dispatch Tracker app runs on Windows alongside Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. It reads the game's telemetry, records your deliveries in your VTC, shows an in-game overlay, publishes your position on the live map and gives you access to your VTC without opening the browser.

The menu gives access to: Dashboard, My VTC, Members, Deliveries (trips, cargo, statistics), Events and calendar, Live map, Divisions, Partnerships, VTC chat, Announcements, Reports, Overlay, Mobile dashboard, Update, Settings and My account.
The HorizonDispatch.dll plugin is copied into bin\win_x64\plugins of each game found. The app checks it at start-up, after sign-in, after an update and every 5 minutes, and reinstalls it when needed.
plugins folder).Sign-in happens in a built-in Discord window. The app finds your main VTC automatically. Without a VTC, it runs in solo mode: your deliveries are saved to your profile, without the VTC features (chat, quick commands, overlay options unlocked by boosts). "Sign out" in My account revokes this computer's access.
A delivery is sent when the game reports it finished and paid. Cancelled deliveries are ignored. Recorded: game, cargo, origin and destination cities and companies, truck, km driven and planned, detour, income, cargo damage, market (standard or World of Trucks), top speed, speeding and the route trace.
A trip whose start the app did not see is sent as an "unfinished trip": it is not recorded, a "⛔ Unfinished trip, statistics blocked" message goes to the VTC's deliveries channel and the overlay warns you.
Without a connection, deliveries wait in a queue (200 at most) and are sent as soon as the website answers, at the latest every 60 seconds. The server ignores duplicates (the same delivery sent twice).
Only deliveries accepted by the server count: a delivery blocked by the anti-cheat or a duplicate is not counted, and a delivery sent offline is counted when it goes out. In the Deliveries screen, a blocked delivery stays listed with "🚫 Under review".
For VTC members, the app reads your latest save (Documents\…\profiles folder) when tracking starts and sends your trucks, trailers (model, plate, odometer) and garages to the VTC fleet. Steam Cloud profiles are not read.
The overlay shows on top of the game when it is connected and in the foreground. It does not capture the mouse. Everything is set in the app's Overlay tab; "Preview" shows a demo trip without starting the game.

The overlay warns you when you go over a chosen speed, regardless of the game's limits. On by default at 97 km/h, adjustable from 50 to 160 km/h.
For VTC members only.
Ctrl+Shift+C (changeable or off in Settings) opens a small VTC chat window over the game. Messages of 500 characters; Esc closes it and gives focus back to the game. "Main" and "Traction" tabs if you belong to two VTCs. An optional beep signals new messages.
Chat usage setting: "On ETS2/ATS" (the hotkey only opens the chat while the game is in the foreground) or "Anywhere" (outside the game too).
Ctrl+Shift+1 to 5 (only when the game is in the foreground) or the app's buttons: On my way, Break, Arrived, Need help, Refuelling. The message goes to the live convoy status channel of the VTC's Discord server and is deleted after 30 minutes. One command every 10 seconds at most.
The app shows your activity in your Discord status. The VTC customises that status in your VTC → RPC ("Manage RPC" permission, 6 boosts): Discord application ID (required), two text lines, large and small image with their text, timer and up to 2 buttons (otherwise "My profile" and "My VTC").

Deliveries shows your last 200 deliveries (trips, cargo, statistics). Reports sums up deliveries, km, income, average km and € per delivery, € per km and your top 6 cargos.
The app checks for updates 15 seconds after start-up and then every 6 hours. When a version is available, a window offers Update now or Later; if you are playing, it waits until you leave the game. The update installs and the app restarts. Then restart the game to load the updated plugin.

The logs (hd-tracker.log) open from the system tray menu: Open the logs folder. Attach them to your message on the support Discord or with /rapport-bug.
