By the end of this guide, your VTC has a clean public page, shows in the directory and can receive applications.
Click Login at the top right of the website and authorise Discord. You land on the dashboard Overview.
Open your VTC → Settings → Identity:
In Tracker & Discord, add a tag of up to 8 characters (e.g. [HDX]). Banner and page theme unlock at 2 boosts.
In Recruitment & visibility, tick Recruitment open and Visible in the directory. Pick the default role given to new members (create it first: see Roles and permissions).
/vtcs/your-vtc shows the logo, the description and the Apply button.Next: install the Discord bot, then organise recruitment. Every setting is detailed in the documentation.
Want to drive with an existing VTC? Find it, apply, then get your account ready.
Open the directory, filter by game and tick "recruiting". On each VTC page, look at the month's activity, events, reviews and certification badge.
Click Apply and fill in the form (motivation is required). The VTC is notified on Discord; you can follow the answer on the same page.
On the VTC's Discord server, /driver join does the same in one command if recruitment is open.
/drivers/<your Discord ID> shows the VTC.Last step: install the app so your deliveries count.
The app records your deliveries automatically. You only need to install it once.
Download the installer from the Software page and run it. Choose the install folder; a desktop shortcut is created.
Open the app and click Sign in with Discord. Your main VTC is found on its own; without a VTC, the app switches to solo mode.
The app finds ETS2 and ATS and installs the telemetry plugin. Start the game: on first launch, a message mentions "advanced SDK features"; click OK. The app then shows "game connected".
Game not found? Settings → Plugin → Search all drives, or Manual folder… to choose the game's plugins folder.
A problem? See troubleshooting. To go further: set up the overlay.
The bot posts your deliveries, announcements, events and applications on your Discord server, and adds the /driver, /stats, /live… commands.
Go to Bot config. Your servers are sorted into two lists: click Add the bot next to the right server, then confirm in Discord.
Either:
/vtc register if you have no VTC yet: it is created and linked in one go.In Server settings → Roles, drag the bot's role above the roles it must give (grades, divisions, auto role, reaction roles). Otherwise Discord stops it from assigning them.
/stats shows your VTC's statistics./aide shows the command menu.Next: choose the channels where the bot posts.
Decide where deliveries, announcements, events and applications go, and what the messages look like.
your VTC → Settings → Tracker & Discord: pick the deliveries channel, the announcements channel and the gallery channel. Also set the driver salary (30% by default) and income visibility.
The deliveries channel will also get unfinished trips, deliveries blocked by the anti-cheat and fleet alerts.
your VTC → Discord: give each use a channel (default, announcements, events, new applications, decisions, rank, contact). An empty channel falls back to the default one.
For each of the 8 message types: turn it on, pick the colour, title and text, the roles to mention (10 max) and whether the person concerned is mentioned. Click Send a test to see the result.
Message details: documentation.
Welcome message, auto role and role buttons: a welcoming server in a few minutes.
Bot config → your server → Welcome message: turn it on, pick the channel, write the message (variables {user}, {username}, {server}, {count}), add an image if you like, and choose the auto role.
Do the same with the Leave message. On Discord, /accueil bienvenue and /accueil aurevoir give access to the same settings.
Reaction roles → create a panel (channel, title, description), then add up to 25 buttons, each with a role and an emoji. Members click to take or remove a role (game, region, notifications…).
On Discord, /langue sets the bot's language on the server (8 languages), or "Automatic" to answer in each member's language. It also applies to welcome and leave messages.
A panel with a button: each member opens a private channel with your team (support, recruitment, partnerships…).
Create a category for tickets (e.g. "Tickets") and a support role. Make sure the bot can manage channels in that category.
your VTC → Tickets → new panel: name, colour, channel to post the panel in, category, support role, name format (ticket-{user}), panel and button texts, welcome message, support mention.
Click Deploy: the panel appears in the chosen channel. Create one panel per use if you want to separate support and recruitment.
The server tools in Bot config, to turn on as needed.
Pick a private channel and tick the categories to follow (members, messages, roles, channels, sanctions, voice, server, VTC). Give the bot the view audit log permission to know who did what.
Create (locked) voice channels and link them to the counters: members, online, bots, boosts. They are renamed every 10 minutes.
Pick a channel: a single message, updated every 90 seconds, lists the VTC's drivers on the road. It is also where the app's quick commands arrive.
Roles give precise rights in the dashboard, without making everyone a manager.
An example that works well:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Driver (default) | None: views the VTC's pages. |
| Recruiter | Manage recruitment, Manage members. |
| Organiser | Manage events, Manage announcements, Manage gallery. |
| Fleet manager | Manage fleet. |
| Moderator | Manage tickets, View activity log. |
your VTC → Roles: create each role (name, colour, permissions) and drag them into order of importance. The number of roles depends on your boosts (5 without boosts).
Drivers rank up with their kilometres, and the bot gives them the matching Discord role.
On your server, create one role per rank (e.g. Trainee, Trucker, Long hauler, Legend) and put the bot's role above them.
your VTC → Rank up: for each rank, enter the name, the required km, the colour and pick the Discord role. Example: 0, 5,000, 25,000, 100,000 km.
Click Resync to apply the ranks to existing members. After that, everything is automatic after each delivery, with an announcement in the "rank" channel.
Specialities (reefer, tanker, oversize load…) that drivers pick in the app.
your VTC → Divisions: turn on "Enable divisions in the app" and pick the mode: one division per driver, or several at once.
Up to 10 divisions: name, description, image, colour, recommended trucks and trailers, and the Discord role given to those who pick it.
In the app, Divisions menu: each driver picks their division(s) and gets the Discord role.
From the application to the new driver's first convoy.
Each application arrives in Applications, in the "new applications" Discord channel and as a push notification (allow the website's notifications in your browser).
Move the application from stage to stage, assign someone in charge and write down your impressions (internal notes). Accept creates the member and sends the decision message on Discord.
Create the event, fill the slots, then run the convoy live.
your VTC → Events (2 boosts): title, description, "convoy" category, game, server, start, destination, stops, meetup and departure times, convoy slots, rules and voice channel.
Your convoy already exists on TruckersMP? Paste its link in Import from TruckersMP.
Tick "Visible on the public page" to open it to everyone. On creation, the bot announces it in the "events" channel and members get a notification. Re-notify sends the announcement again the day before.
Drivers sign up from the website or the app and pick their slot. The app reminds them of the departure 30 minutes before, 10 minutes before and on time.
A virtual fleet funded by deliveries, with maintenance and mechanics.
Buy trucks and trailers at the Dealership (new or used). Drivers can also bring their real trucks: the app reads their save when tracking starts.
In Fleet, assign each truck to a driver and pick a main truck. Service them on time (alerts on Discord): a part worn down to 20% becomes critical.
Up to 6 mechanics lower the cost of repairs according to their speciality. They are paid every week from the credits: keep a reserve, or they resign.
A readable in-game display, placed where you want, with the right alerts.
App → Overlay tab → Preview: a demo trip shows without starting the game.
Turn on the ones you use: speed and limit, trip, ETA, progress, members online, nearby convoy, event radar, ranking, clock, TruckersMP… Fuel can show as % or as range (km). Income, fuel and damage need 4 boosts on your VTC.
The tachograph counts your driving time and breaks like in a real truck.
Overlay tab → Tachograph mode. Default rules: 4 h 30 of driving, 45 min break (or 15 + 30), 9 h per day.
With 6 boosts on your VTC: durations, format (full, compact, minimal), width, screen colour, text size and skin. "Game paused = rest" stays on by default.
A warning comes 30 minutes before the mandatory break. Stop (or pause the game): the break is confirmed with a sound. "Reset session" starts from zero.
?theme=light or ?accent=ff8800 if you like).Your drivers' Discord status shows your VTC while they drive.
On the Discord developer portal, create an application named after your VTC (it is the title shown) and add your images in Rich Presence → Art Assets. Copy the Application ID.
your VTC → RPC: paste the Application ID, then write the two lines with variables, pick the images, the timer and up to 2 buttons.
Line 1: 🚚 {cityFrom} → {cityTo}
Line 2: {cargo} · {speedText}
A real website for your VTC, published at /vtcs/your-vtc/site, with no hosting or code.
your VTC → Website (5 boosts): theme (Horizon, Ocean, Forest, Violet neon, Crimson, Pure gold), font, corner radius, spacing, button style and accent colour.
Add and order the modules: hero, about, statistics, members, ranking, fleet, gallery, video, FAQ, recruitment, events, announcements, partners, contact, socials, free text… Each section has its own background, alignment and columns.
Add the Contact module: messages arrive in Received messages and in the "contact" Discord channel. Turn on Publish the site: an "Official website" link appears on your public page.
your VTC → Integrations: pick a widget (members online, latest trips, km this month, next event, recruitment, full card, live mini map), the theme, the language and the number of rows, then copy the code.
<div class="hd-widget" data-vtc="my-vtc" data-type="card"></div>
<script src="https://hdispatch.eu/widgets/embed.js" async></script>
Paste the code where the widget should appear (HTML block in WordPress, Wix, Carrd, Google Sites…). If JavaScript is not allowed, use the iframe version.
Once certified, copy the badge (HTML, Markdown or BBCode) from the same page: it links to your VTC's official verification page.
Bring your members and their statistics over from Trucky, VTLog, TruckersHub or TruckersMP.
your VTC → Import: pick the source and run the preview. Each driver is matched to their Discord account when possible. Nothing is saved yet.
Confirm, adding the recognised drivers straight away if you like. The others stay "pending": they get their history back by joining the VTC or connecting their Steam. You can also match them by hand.
Three levels (Verified, Certified, Partner) reward active VTCs. The criteria are in the documentation.
your VTC → Certification shows your score and what is missing: members, age, deliveries, active drivers and kilometres over 30 days. Run convoys and motivate the team to reach 100%.
At 100%, send the application. The team reviews it; a question? Contact the Certification team. After a refusal, wait 7 days before applying again.
You can hide Steam from your public profile or unlink it at any time.
With no key, every public VTC exposes its statistics as JSON. Example for a website:
fetch('https://hdispatch.eu/api/vtc/my-vtc/stats')
.then((r) => r.json())
.then((d) => {
document.querySelector('#km').textContent = d.month.km + ' km this month';
document.querySelector('#online').textContent = d.members.online + ' online';
});
/online, /jobs, /events, /members, /certification.pk_… key (5 boosts): full reference.your VTC → Ecosystem → Create an OAuth application: name, description and redirect URIs (one per line). Note the client_id and the secret (shown only once).
/connect/authorize?client_id=…&redirect_uri=…&scope=identity profile vtc&state=….code (valid 5 minutes): POST /connect/token with client_id, client_secret, code and redirect_uri.GET /connect/userinfo and the Authorization: Bearer <token> header (token valid 30 days).Details and responses: Developers page.
