🏢 VTC Certifications

• Added the new HDispatch VTC certification system with 3 levels:
• ✅ Verified VTC
• 🏅 Certified VTC
• 🤝 Official HDispatch Partner
• VTCs can now submit an application directly from their dashboard.
• Requirements are automatically displayed with the VTC's current progress.
• Previous levels are now shown as Completed, alongside the current status and the next step.
• Requirements are checked again when the application is reviewed by staff.

💬 Certification Contact

• Added a new “Contact the Certification Team” area directly in the VTC dashboard.
• VTCs can send questions or requests to the HDispatch staff.
• The conversation history is stored and visible from the VTC area.
• Staff members can reply to and close requests directly from the administration panel.

🛡️ Blacklist & Trust & Safety

• Added a new blacklist system for users and VTCs.
• A sanction can be temporary or permanent, with a required reason.
• Blacklisted VTCs now clearly see the reason for their sanction.
• A blacklisted VTC now has a dedicated public page instead of a simple 404 error.
• Sensitive VTC dashboard features are automatically locked while the sanction is active.
• Important blacklist-related notifications now appear in the notification bell.
• The identity of the staff member who applied the sanction is never shown publicly.

⚙️ Administration

• The Admin Control Center has been reorganized.
• Added dedicated areas for:
• certification applications;
• Certification contacts;
• user / VTC blacklists;
• admin action history;
• VTC audits;
• platform monitoring.
• Admin navigation is now clearer and faster.

📚 Documentation

• Major redesign of the /docs page.
• New structured table of contents with category-based navigation.
• Improved overall readability and text sizing.
• New responsive layout for mobile and tablet.
• Added documentation for:
• VTC certifications;
• applications;
• official partners;
• blacklist;

• Fixed several desktop layout issues.
